Wasps have signed second row Cam Dodson from Main League Rugby in America after a profitable preseason trial.
The 26-year-old grew up in Stoke however has developed into an expert via faculty rugby after which MLR.
He attended Grand Canyon College in Arizona and after impressing within the Collegiate Nationwide 7s competitors, was picked up by Austin Gilgronis in MLR.
“Cam has proven nice potential since becoming a member of us in June,” head coach Lee Blackett informed the membership web site.
“It was clear he’s a formidable athlete and somebody we needed to maintain.”
Dodson can be initially loaned to Ampthill within the Championship.
“I am actually excited to have signed for Wasps. We have had a very robust pre-season so I am glad I can put the practise into motion,” he mentioned.
