NBA participant agent Charles Briscoe was arrested on Thursday morning in Katy, Texas on felony fees through which he alleged defrauded his shoppers.
Briscoe is accused of duping one participant into transferring $7 million as a supposed fee to turn out to be the “full proprietor” of a professional ladies’s basketball crew.
Briscoe can also be accused of forging the signatures of one other participant and the participant’s mom on a participant contract as a ruse to dupe yet one more participant into loaning him $1 million.
Briscoe just isn’t at the moment listed by the Nationwide Basketball Gamers’ Affiliation as an energetic agent.
Briscoe has represented Dwight Howard, Michael Beasley and Chris Duarte.
