
South Africa director of rugby Rassie Erasmus has been banned for 2 matches for his tweets in regards to the officiating in final weekend’s defeat by France.
It means he’ll miss this weekend’s assembly with Italy and subsequent Saturday’s sport in opposition to England at Twickenham.
He was given a one-year matchday ban after a video tirade in opposition to the officers in the course of the 2021 sequence with the British and Irish Lions.
Erasmus returned to matchday duties with the Springboks in September.
